Your Agreement with Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the jiya9 platform, accessible at https://jiya9.ws and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jiya9 Platform, you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jiya9 Platform and close any account you hold. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on the jiya9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. jiya9 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and complies with all applicable regulations concerning the protection of minors.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a jiya9 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not knowingly using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the jiya9 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to supply accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. jiya9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in suspension or closure of the account.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the jiya9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where jiya9 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, jiya9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balance therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying jiya9 promptly via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your registered personal information current and accurate at all times.

jiya9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations described in this clause. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to use your account.

jiya9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All funds deposited into your jiya9 account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the originating deposit, to the extent technically feasible. This is a mandatory anti-money-laundering (AML) control.
• jiya9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times may be extended pending the outcome of such verification.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements may not be eligible for immediate withdrawal.

jiya9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• jiya9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where jiya9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing a bonus — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or placing wagers that do not represent genuine gambling activity — jiya9 may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus expiry periods apply. Unused bonus funds and free bets will be forfeited upon expiry of the stated promotional window.

All bets placed on the jiya9 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or market. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across the jiya9 Platform:

• A bet is deemed accepted only once it has been confirmed by the jiya9 system and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Player.
• jiya9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet has been placed as a result of a pricing error, system fault, or manifest technical error.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your jiya9 account balance promptly following final settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the jiya9 system records and official results from the relevant governing body or game provider shall be the definitive reference. jiya9's decision on all disputed bet outcomes is final, subject to the Disputes procedure set out in Section 13.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiya9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in further legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider trading in relation to sports events featured on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any jiya9 personnel for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature, including bonus exploitation.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction with your payment provider after funds have been used for betting activity on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing your true identity.

All content on the jiya9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game assets, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jiya9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiya9 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jiya9.
• Use any jiya9 branding, logos, or trade marks in any manner that suggests an endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

jiya9 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information provided by you in connection with your use of the jiya9 Platform is governed by the jiya9 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the jiya9 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal information is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• jiya9 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers and payment processors operating strictly on jiya9's behalf and subject to appropriate data protection obligations.
• jiya9 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiya9, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jiya9 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or system downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or telecommunications providers.

The jiya9 Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jiya9 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

jiya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where jiya9 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

You may close your jiya9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure of your account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal eligibility requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Pending bets placed prior to account closure will be settled in the normal course.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of your jiya9 account or the Platform, you should in the first instance contact jiya9 customer support at [email protected], providing full details of the nature of the complaint and any relevant supporting information.

jiya9 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where the complaint involves a bet settlement dispute, jiya9's review will be based on the Platform's system logs and records, which shall be treated as the authoritative record of all transactions.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of jiya9's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter by writing to jiya9 management at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Escalation". jiya9's decision following the escalation review shall be final and binding.

jiya9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where jiya9 makes a material change to these Terms, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered contact address. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically for the most current version of the Terms.

The "Effective Date" stated at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms entered into force. Your continued use of the jiya9 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation that may be provided for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

All communications between you and jiya9 — including account notices, complaint correspondence, and support interactions — shall be conducted in English. jiya9's 24/7 customer support team provides assistance in English at all times via [email protected].
